Prior to H2P, David founded Loop Energy (TSX:LPEN), co-invented Loop Energy’s core technology, holds three patents, participated on the Board of the Canadian Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association, and was awarded Canada’s Clean16 Award in recognition of his innovations in fuel cell technologies.

Accomplished entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years in the hydrogen and fuel cell industry; Founder and former CEO of Greenlight Innovation, where he led its growth from startup to global leader before its acquisition; Previously with Ballard Power Systems and Hydrogenics, where he advanced clean energy technologies worldwide; Served as Chair of the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association and sits on the board of H2 Ventures; Holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from UVic and an MBA from SFU.
